At Desjardins, the Operational Efficiency Advisor supports a team serving approximately 2,600 employees and 200 managers. You will challenge existing ways of working, assess change impacts, and coordinate solutions through implementation. Your work supports operational performance, members, clients, and sound risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate complex operational challenges and business problems
- Review end-to-end ways of working
- Assess initiative impacts on processes and business partners
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment through operational implementation
- Measure implemented improvements and adjust recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree related to the position
- Four years of relevant experience minimum
- Bilingual French and English oral and written communication
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma approaches
- Robust Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge
