Our client is seeking an experienced skilled to provide day-to-day leadership within an established insurance brokerage. Formal leadership experience is not required, but colleagues should trust your guidance. You will balance independent commercial book management with escalations, feedback, training, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with complex commercial files and client situations
- Support workload and workflow management
- Review files and provide feedback
- Assist with onboarding and training
- Maintain commercial files as required

Requirements:

- Five or more years of commercial lines brokerage experience
- Experience managing a commercial book independently
- Strong commercial property and liability knowledge
- Applied Epic proficiency
- CAIB or CIP considered an asset
