Within the Partner and Client Onboarding team, this officer serves as a knowledgeable contact for advisor questions and onboarding progress. The position combines Dataphile support, account updates, CRA and IRS self-certification documentation, and collaboration across internal teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer onboarding team questions as subject matter expert
- Explain Dataphile procedures, forms, and practices
- Update account information and residency documentation
- Monitor advisor progress on the onboarding dashboard
- Resolve concerns with internal operations and service teams

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Dataphile knowledge and experience considered an asset
- Solid Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent customer service and detail orientation
- French required; English bilingual ability strongly preferred
