Tolko seeks a Reliability Engineer in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, focused on predictive maintenance, vibration, and ultrasound. Lead a small team.

This experienced engineer will lead predictive and preventative maintenance projects for Tolko’s Meadow Lake OSB Division. The work combines reliability engineering, RCA/RCFA, FMEA, lubrication, vibration, ultrasound, and equipment troubleshooting. You will manage project execution, develop reliability KPIs, and help maintain secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team and maintenance-related projects
- Develop and track reliability performance indicators
- Problem solve with team members and implement solutions
- Understand equipment through blueprints and designs
- Keep maintenance activities aligned with safety regulations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Engineering education or related field
- Engineering Technologist qualifications considered
- RCA/RCFA and FMEA experience
- Leadership and project management experience
- Manufacturing maintenance experience with predictive methods
