WSP seeks a Senior Project Manager in Edmonton to lead land development, multidisciplinary delivery, and sustainable civil engineering solutions.

You will guide projects spanning subdivisions, private developments, roadways, parks, and mixed-use communities. The work combines client partnership, technical leadership, financial stewardship, construction-phase support, and sustainable design approaches, including low-impact development and green infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex development processes
- Build trusted relationships with developers, municipalities, and agencies
- Champion low-impact development, green infrastructure, and resilience
- Mentor professionals in technical and project management growth




- Support proposals, fee development, presentations, and business development

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering degree or Civil Engineering Technology diploma
- 10+ years of Alberta-focused land development experience preferred
- APEGA or ASET registration, or eligibility, as specified
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, modeling, and project platforms
- Valid driver’s license and access to a project vehicle
