This Grant and Proposal Development Specialist works with technical teams, Managing Directors, and project managers across multiple companies. You will develop cases for artificial intelligence, software products, automation, R&D;, and digital transformation. You will also coordinate RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, client proposals, and expressions of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate technical concepts into business value and executive summaries
- Coordinate scopes, deliverables, resources, and pricing narratives
- Develop project descriptions, milestones, outcomes, and business cases
- Build reusable proposal templates and supporting company materials




- Coordinate contributors while protecting confidential company information

Requirements:

- Experience with competitive proposals, grants, or funding applications
