Reporting to the IT Director, this position connects business needs with software development and ERP system enhancement. You will create technical specifications, implement database structures, build efficient queries, and maintain application quality. Cross-functional collaboration, debugging, user support, and adherence to development best practices are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate requirements into clear technical specifications
- Implement database structures and efficient SQL Server queries
- Develop and maintain software applications and solutions




- Ensure code quality and maintainability across development activities
- Support users and team members through training

Requirements:

- Robust collaboration, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of C/AL and AL languages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central desirable
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and source code management
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend work
