The manager will develop mining opportunities, strengthen owner relationships, and build qualified pipelines spanning civil, earthworks, mine development, and site services. The mandate covers projects before formal tender.

Execute mining growth plans across British Columbia and northern territories

Identify mine development, sustaining capital, services, and closure opportunities

Build pipelines supporting the organization’s complete services portfolio

Develop relationships with owners, operators, engineers,



and EPCM contractors

Seven-plus years in business development, commercial leadership, or project development

Five-plus years of direct mining or mine-site contracting experience

Established mining network across British Columbia and the territories

Experience converting multi-scope civil and mining opportunity pipelines

Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
