Execute mining growth plans across British Columbia and northern territoriesIdentify mine development, sustaining capital, services, and closure opportunitiesBuild pipelines supporting the organization’s complete services portfolioDevelop relationships with owners, operators, engineers,



and EPCM contractorsLead pursuits, proposals, negotiations, and go/no-go decisionsRequirements:

Seven-plus years in business development, commercial leadership, or project developmentFive-plus years of direct mining or mine-site contracting experienceEstablished mining network across British Columbia and the territoriesExperience converting multi-scope civil and mining prospect pipelinesStrong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skillsApply mining-sector relationships, commercial judgment, and civil expertise to develop qualified opportunities across Canada’s mining markets.
