As Construction

Manager, you will report to the Site Project Manager and direct field execution from planning through completion.

Your responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing schedules, addressing resource constraints, and collaborating with clients and project leadership. Success requires technical construction expertise, project management understanding, and commitment to EHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead construction kick-off and client pre-planning meetings
- Ensure field work follows scope, schedules, and procedures




- Oversee subcontractors and daily trade performance
- Coordinate project activities across technical disciplines
- Maintain required safety and quality standards Requirements:
- Five to ten years’ senior project execution experience
- Comprehensive understanding of construction disciplines
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in complex environments
- Ability to manage union collective agreements
