This Category Manager role supports Mars and National Grocery Retailer partners through distribution, shelving, and mutually profitable growth strategies. You will apply category management, space management, syndicated data, and retailer insights to shape recommendations. The role supports annual planning, line reviews, and ongoing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver reporting that highlights business insights, issues, and opportunities

Develop selling stories, category reviews, and shelving recommendations

Lead assortment and shelf strategy planning using shopper analytics

Provide consumption analysis for each Demand Management Review

Build retailer alliances supporting category growth

Requirements

University degree or college diploma

Five or more years in CPG or related industry

Three or more years in category and space management

Knowledge of Nielsen, Numerator, and retailer data

Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI experience helpful

Use category expertise, space planning, and data analysis to influence retailer decisions and grow Mars Food categories.
