- Work from Client location in Montreal 5 days a week for first 3 months
- 5+ years of experience in Capital market supporting back office operations
- Should work closely with end users resolving their day2day operational issues converting functional gaps into technical specifications and plan the development activities
- Positive knowledge and experience in Net Framework 4035 SQL XML Microsoft SQL Server 20162019
- Good knowledge MSSQL PLSQL Stored procedure
- Support Engineer experience in handling Incidents
- Understanding of DevOps CICD pipeline developmentdebug experience and should be able to learn on the job to deploy

- Windows Power shell scripting
- Agile Scrum experience is desirable
- ControlM and OBM monitoring experience

- Integration experience is desirable
- Should have good knowledge in Trade lifecycle accountingledgering integration with various third party financial products like FIS Bloomberg BoNY, etc
- Provide the Support Incident and service request in Capital market environment and support maintenance enhancements and development work
- Maintaining the teams governance routines in relation to the updates of applicable procedures and document preparation for appropriate governance forums meetings




- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision independence
- Proposing areas of improvement for review based on stakeholders input and analysis of related data
- Perform regular system checks and analysis and provide reports of system functioning and service level
- Troubleshoot and restore system processing in event of incidents and problems
- Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business need
- Responsible for the design architecture and the successful implementation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs
- Accountable for delivery according to pre agreed timelines and budgetary constraints
- Ensure that delivery meets the integrity quality performance and reliability requirements by building automated testing and regression suites and use of DevOps principles
- Effectively manage a team of technical professional including software engineers and developers by setting performance expectations monitoring performance and providing technical guidance and coaching. This includes assisting in the recruitment of talents and building.
