This Manager role oversees highly available, scalable, secure network services supporting retail, campus, and colleague experiences. You will guide LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching operations. The role connects Network Engineering, Network Architecture, Wi-Fi and Network Access Control, Employee Enablement, and business teams. It also combines service governance, lifecycle modernization, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage engineers delivering enterprise retail and campus network services

Lead lifecycle planning for network hardware and software

Oversee budgets, vendor spend, and operational efficiency initiatives





Lead Priority 1 and Priority 2 incident escalations

Communicate service performance, risks, and initiatives to leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline

Eight or more years supporting enterprise network services

Three or more years directly managing teams

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching

Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, vendors, and service providers

Bring network leadership, incident response, lifecycle planning, and stakeholder management experience to TD's enterprise services.
