As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will manage packaging categories and support purchasing teams across Canada and the United States. The work includes supplier performance, market research, contract management, pricing, budget support, and risk mitigation. You will also coordinate with Packaging Services and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage category strategies aligned with business unit specifications
- Support purchasing teams with pricing and quality documentation
- Develop productivity projects across Lactalis North America
- Execute negotiation, vendor transfer,



and value analysis savings
- Track initiatives and report monthly progress against objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, or appropriate discipline
- Three to seven years’ experience in procurement functions
- Industrial or supply chain purchasing experience preferred
- Packaging experience with paper, glass, or metallic categories is an asset
- Robust leadership, execution, and interpersonal skills
