As Finance Revenue Manager, you will lead Billing and Collections through strategy, structure, and performance oversight. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding while supporting revenue recognition, reporting, and process improvement. The position contributes to MEDFAR's healthcare technology mission through disciplined revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Billing and Collections functions across business units
- Oversee invoicing, billing, collections, and credit strategies
- Validate sales variance analyses and SaaS metrics
- Support monthly close, audits,



and accounting entries
- Improve revenue processes, systems, and internal controls

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in accounting, billing, revenue, or finance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Experience leading teams, functions, or department managers
- Knowledge of order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and accounting
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
