CoolIT seeks a Director, Engineering - IT Cooling to lead its North American engineering organization. This senior leader will develop teams, guide technical excellence, and support cold plate, loop, manifold, and related cooling technologies. The position partners across Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Focus Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead North American engineering for CoolIT’s IT Cooling portfolio
- Partner on technology roadmaps and innovation strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives




- Represent engineering in customer and executive engagements
- Manage department budgeting and annual strategic planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of engineering experience in relevant industries
- 5+ years leading managers, technical leaders, or engineering organizations
- Solid understanding of cold plates and thermal management
- Excellent customer engagement and executive presentation skills
