As Senior Lead-IT Infrastructure Operations, you will help operate up-to-date infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role covers Azure workloads, VMware platforms, enterprise storage, data protection, monitoring and infrastructure-as-code. You will guide supervisors while maintaining readiness, documentation, security and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish event, alerting and capacity-management practices
- Analyze operational data and recommend infrastructure improvements
- Validate monitoring, backups, runbooks and vendor support readiness
- Oversee equipment, software,



documentation and configuration controls
- Champion automation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent education, training and experience
- Seven years in enterprise infrastructure environments
- Experience with VMware, Azure and enterprise data protection
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or DevOps
- Commitment to security, privacy and sensitive policing information
