MBCI equips middle and secondary students through learning, growth, faith in Jesus Christ, leadership, and community. This full-time term appointment is part of the Student Support Team and starts immediately, with possible continuation. The position suits a Christian person committed to an Anabaptist perspective and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to students with learning needs
- Care for students with learning and behavioural needs
- Work with teachers delivering daily programs
- Support students’ literacy and study skills development
- Contribute to MBCI’s Christian learning community

Requirements:

- Active membership in a Christian church
- Commitment to Christian Education from an Anabaptist Perspective
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- Previous experience beneficial; certification is an asset
