As a Quality Specialist, you will support the Nuclear Quality Management System and collaborate with the QA Manager and project teams. Your work will address ISO 9001:2015, CSA N299.1, CSA N286, and ASME NQA-1 requirements. The position combines process improvement, documentation, audits, and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation and continual improvement of the Nuclear Quality Management System
Review QA processes and implement improvements with the QA Manager
Prepare, update, and maintain quality procedures, forms, and documentation
Assist with internal, client, and regulatory audit preparation
Track nonconformances, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities
Requirements
Two to five years of quality assurance experience
Process improvement or regulatory compliance experience
Familiarity with nuclear quality standards preferred
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Support nuclear quality assurance, process improvement, documentation, and compliance activities for Tetra Tech projects in Pickering.
