Men In Trucks is a premium, white-glove moving company that has served Ottawa since 2010 and now operates in 8 Canadian cities. You'll keep our money and paperwork in order across all of them.
What you'll do
- Invoice every job within 24 hours and follow up on payments
- Manage partner billing and monthly statements
- Prepare payroll for crews in 8 cities with our payroll provider
- Pay bills, track expenses and send month-end files to our accountant
- Keep insurance certificates, workers' compensation accounts and company records current in every province
What you bring
- 2+ years in bookkeeping, billing or office administration (trades, construction or logistics a plus)
- Accuracy with numbers; comfortable with accounting software, Square and spreadsheets
- Organized, discreet and reliable on deadlines
- French is an asset
