Coordinate office operations for TSMC’s North America Software Center in Vancouver, Washington, using organization and cross-functional communication. This in office role runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.As an experienced Office Operations Administrator, you will support NASC leadership and employees across administration, HR coordination, finance, procurement, facilities, and cross-regional operations. Your work will help establish scalable processes for a growing software engineering organization.

You will coordinate with TSMC North America organizations, headquarters in Taiwan, vendors, and employees.Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative and operational activities for NASCCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, interviews, and recruiting logisticsProcess invoices, expenses, reimbursements, purchases,



and documentationSupport facilities, workspace planning, access, and office expansionCoordinate activities across TSMC North America and TaiwanRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceFive or more years of relevant professional experienceExperience managing multiple operational responsibilitiesStrong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-throughMicrosoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsBring office administration, procurement, financial support, and cross-regional coordination expertise to TSMC NASC’s growing organization.
