This Regional Manager role engages caisses, business centres, specialized networks, and strategic partners throughout the territory. You will inspire teams, develop talent, shape evolving practices, and advance divisional priorities. Accountability includes legal and regulatory compliance, the Desjardins Securities Code of Ethics, governance frameworks, growth, profitability, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as regional ambassador for Desjardins wealth management
- Engage teams and partners to accelerate business development
- Foster distinctive experiences for members and clients




- Develop talent and advance strategic divisional priorities
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree related to the position
- Nine years of relevant experience minimum
- CIRO Registered Representative registration, including CIRE and RSE
- Designated Supervisor qualification through the IDSC
- Advanced English;

French required for Quebec positions
