The work spans procurement, calibration, inventory, dashboard alignment, ServiceMax preparedness, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Lead Canadian Service Tools and Operational Supplies programs

Manage the $1.25M+ annual Service Tools budget

Coordinate suppliers, calibration, repairs, inventory, and lifecycle requirements

Drive DMS preparedness and dashboard alignment





Support Service Request cleanup and ServiceMax preparedness

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualified experience

Minimum 5+ years of operational or field experience

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations

Experience with metrics, structured problem solving, and improvement

Strong analytical, project-management, and communication skills
