About the Position

True North Pressure Washing is seeking an experienced, organized, and self-motivated Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day field operations.

We need a hands-on leader who can work independently, solve problems, manage crews, and keep operations running efficiently without constant oversight.

Robust mechanical aptitude is essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable troubleshooting equipment, performing maintenance and repairs, and independently resolving operational challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee field crews, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate crew assignments, equipment allocation, and materials.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and purchasing.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, and workmanship.
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve on-site customer concerns.
- Ensure safety procedures, job documentation, and company standards are followed.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency.
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in operations management, crew leadership, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment repair experience.




- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple crews, jobs, and competing priorities.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Experience in exterior cleaning, property maintenance, construction, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience using CRM systems, job management software, and digital tools is an asset

Compensation

$30–$40/hour, depending on experience.
