The role supports children, adolescents, and parents through client-centred occupational therapy care. Experienced therapists manage complex pediatric referrals with autonomy, while current graduates receive scaffolded learning, one-to-one mentorship, and graduated development. All clinicians collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, educators, families, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess pediatric clients using evidence-based occupational therapy
- Deliver interventions addressing sensory and motor needs
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate client-centred care




- Provide concise parent-session updates and recommendations
- Engage in mentorship and reflective practice when appropriate

Requirements:

- Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- College registration or eligibility in Ontario
- English oral and written communication skills
- Interest in self-regulation, sensory processing, and motor development
- Scheduled after-school and weekend availability
