This Yard Operations Supervisor – Shunt & Tarp position oversees floor activities during a night-shift-only schedule. The scheduled start is 4:00 p.m., subject to operational requirements. Responsibilities include enforcing procedures, improving productivity, tracking equipment, and supporting a safety-focused workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day yard operations on the floor
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational target achievement
- Enforce safety procedures and continuously improve protocols
- Maintain professional customer communication on site
- Hold teams accountable while coaching and inspiring employees

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant operational experience
- Leadership or lead hand experience in yard operations
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
- Experience pulling super B trailers
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
