About RocketPainter Kingston
We’re a family-owned painting company serving Kingston. Our reputation comes from doing what we say we’re going to do, treating people well, and taking pride in the work.
We grew by approximately 300% over the last year, and we’re looking for people who want to help us keep building.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll introduce homeowners to RocketPainter and book estimates for people interested in our painting services. You’re often their first impression of our company. How you show up matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Knock on doors in Kingston neighbourhoods and introduce our painting services.
- Talk with homeowners about projects they’re considering.
- Collect accurate contact information and book estimates with interested homeowners.
- Keep clear notes so our estimating team can follow through.
- Track your leads and booked estimates.
- Represent RocketPainter with professionalism and respect, including when someone isn’t interested.

What You’ll Get
- $20-50/hour earning potential, including hourly pay and bonuses for leads and booked estimates.
- A flexible schedule of approximately 15 hours per week,
with room for school, family, or other work commitments.
- Training and coaching. Learn how to start conversations, handle questions, and book estimates.
- Practical sales and marketing experience. Build communication skills you can use throughout your career.
- Local work in Kingston.
