Support gold and silver processing at Coeur Mining’s Rainy River mine in northwestern Ontario as a Mill Operator on rotating shifts. Use inspection and troubleshooting skills.

This Mill Operator position supports the secure, effective operation of a residential open-pit and underground mine site. You will work with the operations team across Crushing, Grinding, Leaching, Elution, Reagents, Detox, Tailings, and Control Room activities. The position reports to the Mill Supervisor and follows a 7/7 schedule with 12-hour days and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of assigned mill circuits
- Identify and respond to operational issues promptly
- Support safe operation throughout all mill areas
- Develop circuit knowledge through training and hands-on experience




- Contribute to consistent production and established procedures

Requirements:

- Three or more years of milling environment experience
- Mill circuit operating experience, including Elution and Control Room
- Ability to troubleshoot DeltaV or comparable control systems
- Computer proficiency with computer-based operating equipment
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts on a 7/7 schedule
