As a temporary part-time Housing Support Worker, you will maintain a safe, welcoming workplace for residents. Build supportive relationships, assist with daily needs, and work with the casework team. This Wednesday-to-Friday schedule supports move-ins, wellness, and housing stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusting relationships through wellness checks and daily engagement
- Support tenant goals through services and programs
- Complete building walk-throughs and report safety concerns
- De-escalate violent situations while prioritizing safety
- Document interactions, activities, services, and incidents accurately

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Housing, shelter, or social service experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional boundaries
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records Check required
