Role Description This is a part-time, remote freelance role for a Partner Relationship Manager focused on origin detector (OD) manufacturers. The person in this role will identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers interested in using Origin Detector to increase product origin transparency. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ongoing relationships with partner manufacturers, scheduling and leading virtual meetings, and coordinating on-boarding and support activities.

The role also involves gathering partner feedback, aligning platform features with partner needs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve resources and documentation.





The Partner Relationship

Manager will maintain accurate records of partner interactions, prepare brief status updates, and contribute ideas to grow and strengthen the partner network.

Qualifications

- Partner and client relationship skills, including stakeholder management, account nurturing, and team-oriented communication with external manufacturers.
- Business development and outreach skills, such as prospecting, negotiating basic partnership terms, and presenting the platform value clearly and persuasively.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including time management, task tracking, and consistent follow-up in a remote, part-time freelance setting.
- Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English, the ability to explain technical concepts simply, and confidence in leading virtual meetings.
- Experience in manufacturer relations, supply chain, consumer products, or SaaS/platform partnerships is beneficial.
