Honey + Garlic Health Studio is looking for a new part time receptionist!

Our current part time receptionist needed to resign due to family issues, which means that we will need a new part time receptionist to join our team! We are a multi-disciplinary clinic offering registered massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, chiropractic treatments, and counselling. We accept direct billing for private insurers, and MSP and ICBC. We are a beautiful, bustling clinic located in the up-and-coming Fraserhood area (we are at Fraser and east 16th).

Details on the position

- Start date: ASAP
- 1 part time permanent position
- Hours: Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 30mins paid break)
- Coverage for statutory holidays also needed (assumed coverage unless we discuss otherwise), and if possible, covering or partially covering our full time receptionist’s vacation days
- Regular receptionist/OA duties – including but not limited to reception work, ICBC, MSP and direct billing for private insurers, taking payments, scanning, scheduling, light cleaning, restocking,



laundry, and most importantly providing excellent customer service!!!

Honey + Garlic’s ideal receptionist would be friendly, warm, self-motivated, efficient, reliable, a quick learner, and a team player. She/He would possess excellent interpersonal communication skills (including strong fluency in English both conversational and written), strong time management and organizational abilities, and of course have the requisite computer skills (knowledge of Jane App would be a huge benefit). Also, please note we are a dog friendly clinic, meaning often there are dogs hanging out.
