This 12-month temporary mandate supports the Operational Efficiency, Technology and Exercises team. You will work across monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, and offensive security teams. Your focus includes continuous improvement, cybersecurity transformation, and adoption of emerging practices. The position requires experience with complex initiatives, security operations, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experiment with creative cybersecurity operations solutions
- Improve Information Security Operations Centre tools and processes
- Lead proof-of-concept and experimentation projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders during implementations
- Contribute to the future vision of cybersecurity operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Significant experience with complex transformation initiatives
- Cybersecurity or security operations experience
- Knowledge of automation, generative artificial intelligence, and agentic solutions
- Ability to lead workshops and manage projects
