As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a SOTI subject matter expert for partners and Sales teams. The work covers SOTI ONE products, mobile and IoT device management, customer evaluations, and technical questions. Key Responsibilities:

- Explain product functions to partners and prospective customers
- Assist evaluations with aligned Sales Engineers and partners
- Align SOTI solutions with partner technical strategies
- Collect partner feedback for Product Team consideration




- Answer product questions for Sales team members

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
- Knowledge of DNS, IP networking, firewalls, and wireless encryption
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Entra, and certificates
- Understanding of REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or PowerShell
- Ability to work autonomously and organize workload
