The Senior Risk Advisor supervises two associates or analysts while coordinating priorities with onshore CCR RSR AMER management. Responsibilities span agency and principal client monitoring, portfolio-level reporting, and committee materials. The position also maintains risk limits against client profiles, profitability, RWA, balance sheet, LRE, NSFR, cash, and LCR targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise associates or analysts and coordinate Montreal priorities
- Ensure timely completion, feedback, reviews, and team coverage
- Monitor agency and principal clients and activities daily
- Prepare reporting for weekly, monthly,



and quarterly committees
- Maintain limits against risk appetite and scarce resources

Requirements:

- Supervisory experience and strong interpersonal effectiveness
- Seven to ten years in risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related discipline
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
