As Shopping Centre Manager, you will report to the Senior Shopping Centre Manager and lead property operations across an assigned portfolio. This role combines financial planning, tenant relations, contract administration, and operational direction. You will collaborate with specialists in marketing, accounting, maintenance, projects, development, leasing, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reforecasting, and reporting
- Direct portfolio operations, maintenance, consulting, and contracting
- Manage tenant obligations, concerns, lease enforcement, and compliance




- Provide complete oversight of property and portfolio activities
- Support administrative staff and maintain stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

- At least four years of relevant commercial real estate experience
- Retail property management experience is preferred
- Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or related education
- Robust financial systems and Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Organization, prioritization, leadership, and negotiation abilities
