This Assistant Director role provides operational oversight across residential and community-based support programs. You will guide managers, monitor service continuity, support resource deployment, and help ensure services reflect dignity, choice, inclusion, and belonging. The position works with program teams, People and Culture, professionals, and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive reductions in overtime and agency staffing across services
- Build operational reporting rhythms for performance and service continuity
- Facilitate adoption of the recent operating model




- Participate in supervisory and frontline recruitment interviews
- Ensure health and safety duties are exercised at cluster level

Requirements:

- Minimum five years progressive leadership in multi-site or shift-based services
- Experience leading large, complex teams and operational performance
- Financial accountability and resource management experience
- Ability to interpret data and identify operational trends
- Post-secondary education or equivalent leadership experience

Use multi-site leadership, data-informed decision-making, and developmental services knowledge to improve operational consistency and support quality.
