This Pattern Making Lead role oversees a specialized team creating technical and complex patterns from maker phase through counter sample approval. You coach Pattern Makers while ensuring methods and documentation align with factory processes. Collaboration spans design, Product Operations, Product Development, and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day leadership of the Pattern Making team
- Train teams to interpret design intent accurately
- Ensure consistent pattern methods and factory documentation
- Partner on calendar requirements and workload planning




- Report prototype and sample progress to leadership

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years’ pattern making or equivalent additional experience
- Minimum two years’ senior-level technical apparel experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent training, certification, or experience
- Ability to work from pattern blocks or sketches
- Experience communicating with domestic and offshore vendors
