As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will coordinate technical environment support for Client Technology Enablement Operations. Your responsibilities span system monitoring, infrastructure incidents, application services, batch processing, and production event analysis. Rotational shifts include after hours, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily SAP operations and scheduled batch processing
- Respond to infrastructure incidents and ServiceNow tickets
- Provide Tier-I infrastructure and Application Services support
- Coordinate support with internal ATB stakeholders
- Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and training materials
Requirements:
- Three to four years of relevant systems support experience
- Education or diploma in Computer Science preferred
- Experience with SAP BASIS and operating systems
- Proficiency using industry-standard monitoring and administrative tools
- Tactful communication, active listening, and systems thinking
