The Private Enterprise Manager supports Partners and Assurance professionals across tax, review, compilation, and white paper engagements. You will review personal and corporate tax returns, consult on business and tax planning, and apply primarily ASPE financial reporting standards. The role combines client service with team coaching, technical development, and proactive engagement management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review personal and corporate tax returns for private enterprise clients
- Consult with clients about business and tax planning needs
- Review financial statements and related ASPE disclosures




- Provide attentive service and identify client service opportunities
- Develop and mentor assigned coachees for professional growth

Requirements:

- CPA designation and accounting education or equivalent
- Four-plus years of Assurance experience in professional services
- Experience serving private enterprises of varied complexity
- Professional judgement and robust technical analytical skills
- Experience with TaxPrep, Caseware, or QuickBooks Online is an asset
