Foxtrot Industrial is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and assembly workflows. Reporting to Operations, this full time permanent position supports operational excellence and production growth. Your scope includes workstation layouts, waste reduction, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and practical floor-based improvements.

Responsabilités principales:

- Optimize workflows for efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety
- Improve workstation layouts and material flow
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Identify process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings




- Work with production personnel on operational improvements

Exigences:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical process improvement skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production optimization
- Hands-on willingness to support operations on the production floor
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
