This Technical Trainer supports service, sales, customers, and technicians through equipment-focused learning. Responsibilities include mechanical and operator instruction, simulator delivery, technical mentoring, training evaluations, and documentation. The position addresses hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, commissioning, proper operation, and safe application for underground mining mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver mechanical and operator training sessions
- Provide simulator, theoretical, and practical instruction
- Assist customers, sales, service, and technical teams
- Support technicians with technical issues onsite
- Complete time entries and weekly reports

Requirements:

- Robust technical background in mining equipment
- Three to five years product experience
- Epiroc underground LHD and TME experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- French and English fluency considered an asset
