As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will lead approximately 32 people within one of Canada’s largest institutional investors. The mandate covers infrastructure, digital workplace systems, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. You will assess operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help advance BCI’s future-state technology platform.
