At Green LED Lighting Solutions, this full time Canadian payroll position owns design packages from marked-up concepts through installer questions. You will create signal, wiring, pathway, assembly, fixture, and cable documentation. You will also build bills of materials and troubleshoot field issues involving controllers, DMX, pixel data, and voltage drop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate design lead markups into AutoCAD documentation
- Prepare controller, addressing, pathway, and assembly drawings
- Include connectors, PSUs, amplifiers, and wire in estimates




- Answer installer support calls during scheduled working hours
- Convert repeated questions into practical installer documentation

Requirements:

- Three-plus years at an AV or lighting systems house
- Completed signal-flow, rack, cable schedule, or wiring packages
- AutoCAD proficiency; Revit or D-Tools experience is beneficial
- Low-voltage DC fundamentals, including voltage drop and injection
- Availability weekdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern
