Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst supports accurate, timely reporting across Finance and Definity-owned subsidiaries. Core work includes MCT preparation, regulatory filings, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial statement disclosures. The role also supports surveys, corporate reporting requirements, and recurring close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review Minimum Capital Test reporting
- Complete working papers and applicable regulatory filings
- Support annual financial statement note disclosures




- Assist regulatory surveys and corporate reporting requirements
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end schedules

Requirements:

- University or college degree in finance, business, or related studies
- CPA accounting designation or current CPA progress
- Three plus years of progressive financial reporting experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
