The Learning and Development Training Specialist delivers Aspire curriculum through virtual instruction and coaching. This specialist supports current hires, specialty programs, ongoing learning, client-specific training, and post-training needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality virtual training tailored to adult learners
- Maintain participant certification according to company standards
- Set up sessions, systems access, attendance, and LMS records




- Partner with Client Services on implementations and program updates
- Cascade client Train-the-Trainer content to Aspire teams

Requirements:

- Ontario, Canada location required
- Preferred virtual training coordination and facilitation experience
- Three or more years supervisory or management experience
- Strong learner engagement, coaching, and presentation abilities
- Dedicated private workspace and reliable high-speed internet
