Shape practical, secure AI at BlackBerry using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Amazon Bedrock. This regular position supports cloud-based delivery.

The AI Engineering Specialist serves between BlackBerry’s business functions and AI platform teams. You will build agents, copilots, and reusable building blocks while keeping less-technical colleagues in control. Your work spans M365 extensibility, AWS orchestration, RAG, monitoring, and secure operations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build Copilot extensions, plugins, and declarative agents
- Orchestrate AWS agents with Bedrock services
- Create self-serve templates, playbooks, and guardrailed components
- Operate cloud agents with monitoring and cost controls




- Partner with Security, Privacy, and Governance teams

Requirements:

- Strong Python and LLM API integration experience
- Hands-on agentic or RAG workflow development
- Experience with Azure or AWS application deployment
- Transparent communication with technical and commercial audiences
- Four or more years delivering engineering or consulting solutions
