Clio is seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Engineering to lead work across GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems. The team builds workflows where models reason over context, use tools, and take multi-step actions. You will support reliable production systems while partnering with MLOps, product management, operations, and data science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and ship agentic workflows for Clio customers
- Develop retrieval, tool-use, orchestration, and evaluation approaches
- Evaluate ML and LLM products, vendors, and solutions
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams across three countries
- Teach, learn, and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of agentic systems and LLM technology
- Experience evaluating ML and LLM products technically
- Familiarity with prompt and context design
- Experience evaluating agent behaviour at scale
- Agile mentorship experience with large-scale SaaS products
