This Project Manager role oversees design, construction, and technical coordination for airfield civil and electrical work. You will guide consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting design packages, procurement, and construction readiness. Success requires solid technical judgment, stakeholder coordination, and experience in live operational airport environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design management for runways, taxiways, and utilities
- Facilitate design workshops and coordination reviews
- Review drawings, reports, specifications, and submissions
- Track design progress, KPIs, costs, and invoices




- Monitor consultant performance and design milestone delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Eight-plus years of progressive design and construction management experience
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary airport design teams
- Experience with GTAA, Nav Canada, and regulatory stakeholders
- Proficiency with design management and document control systems
