Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve issues and maintain smooth practice operations
- Coordinate team schedules to meet practice needs
- Support sourcing of Locum DVMs and RVTs
- Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback
- Promote team accomplishments through social media

Requirements:

- Two to three years of team management experience
- Human resources management experience
- Veterinary software systems knowledge is an asset
- Clinical experience is an asset
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging hours when needed
