This Manager, Global Practice and Delivery role leads teams supporting Data and AI Observability and Infrastructure Observability. You will set practice strategy, strengthen delivery capabilities, and oversee complex customer engagements. The position requires expertise across data platforms, data infrastructure, and enterprise implementation management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams delivering Data and AI Observability solutions
- Build scalable qualified services delivery and operating models
- Own services revenue, margins, utilization, and delivery predictability
- Manage customer risks, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes




- Develop organizational capability across global delivery practices

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of professional services, engineering, or consulting experience
- Five plus years leading customer-facing delivery teams
- Proven complex enterprise implementation planning and resource allocation
- Deep expertise in data management, platforms, or infrastructure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
